After filling the Aadhar card number, you have to fill the captcha. After filling the captcha you have to come down. Where you have to click on send otp, if your mobile number is not registered with your Aadhar card then you have to click on My Mobile Number Is Not Registerd. And you have to fill your mobile number. And click on send otp.
And the otp that has been sent to your mobile, that otp has to be filled.
