How to make Masala Paratha

After this, add red chilli powder, cumin, celery, asafoetida, Kasuri fenugreek, finely chopped green coriander and salt as per taste to the flour-gram flour mixture and mix everything properly. To make parathas crispy, add one spoon oil to it and mix. Now knead the paratha dough by adding water little by little and then cover it and keep it for half an hour.
After the stipulated time, take the dough and knead it once more. After this prepare balls of dough. Now take a nonstick pan/griddle and place it on the gas to heat. While the pan is heating, take a ball and roll it into a round or triangular paratha. Now put some oil on the pan and spread it all around. After this, put paratha on it and fry it.
After cooking for about 1 minute, turn the paratha and apply oil on the other side. Cook the paratha thoroughly from both the sides until it becomes golden in colour. After this, take out the paratha separately in a plate. Similarly, roll all the dough balls and fry them. Flavorful Masala Paratha is ready for breakfast. Serve it with green chutney or tomato sauce.
